Independent author and poet, born in Marshall, MN in 1953 - published my first book at the age of 62. "Life and Death in a Single Breath", a collection of poetry.

My desire to write came from my love of reading and the desire to share my thoughts with others. I love writing; able to create images in the readers mind, draw them into the lives of my characters, touch their emotions, blur the lines between the understanding of good and evil, be entertaining, as well as cause the reader to want more.

The Evolution of a Killer series, features Lazarus Solaris, an assassin for hire, internationally known for his success as he is for his anonymity. Known as the Chameleon for his ability to blend in almost anywhere, thanks to his collection of alter-egos and identities woven over the years. With Lazarus, I have tried to blend good and evil into a symbiotic relationship.

He is as capable of a random act of kindness and he is pre-meditated violence. It truly is A series about the evolution of a man - one which I hope you will find as intriguing and worth following as many already have.

On the other side of the spectrum from Crime Thrillers is Graphic Humor - "Memoirs of the (not-so) Grim Reaper. It is a bit of Deadpool meets Death narrative. The Reaper shares his experiences, perspectives and his relationships and attitude towards the gods.

The Reaper meets Jonathan Winchester, a young man the Reaper reveals himself to. He becomes as fond of the boy as Death can. Their story leads to a climax on a remote Pacific island with the lesser gods and "The Big Guy" himself in attendance.

Sarcastic, snarky, foul-mouthed - yes he is. He also shares insight and observations of mankind through the ages - food for thought for those who are willing to think outside the traditional religious boxes we have built for God.
