Harriet is now an AWARD-WINNNING AUTHOR, having taken the GOLD Medal at FAPA's national Presidents Award Contest August 3, 2019. She spends much of her time working with others in and out of recovery: behind prison walls, through sponsorship, and by being of service, Wherever she is needed is where she can be found.

When not writing her second book, Harriet facilitates a six-week course called, “Journaling with a Purpose.” Or she can be found in her kitchen, on the golf course, at movies or with friends. In between, she is actively preparing an audio version of Miracles of Recovery and organizing efforts for her second book that follows Miracles of Recovery.
