Sarah Townsend

Sarah Townsend has spent the past 20+ years working as a UK-based freelance marketing copywriter. She has two well-behaved children and two badly behaved cats, and lives in Gloucestershire, England. She built up her business as her children grew from babies to toddlers to teens, through divorce, and 12 years as a single parent – and she still loves her job!

Aside from Survival Skills for Freelancers, her monthly Clever Copy Club newsletter and a rather ad-hoc blog, she does most of her writing for successful businesses.

In her spare time, Sarah loves live music, long walks in the countryside and photography, and is a self-confessed language lover and movie geek. She dislikes queues, coriander, and writing about herself in the third person.
