Paul Dupuis

Paul Dupuis was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario.

An avid athlete, volunteer and passionate student of leadership, he learned the meaning of hard work as a welder on the assembly line at Chrysler in the late 1980's. With his life savings of $300 in his pocket, he ventured to Japan with a backpack and a dream.

His remarkable journey from a young adventurer, sleeping on a park bench in a strange new land, to becoming a public high school teacher, and now as the CEO of a large multinational company, is a fascinating story. He shares his valuable discoveries about life and leadership through his writings.

Paul is a 3rd degree black belt in Karate, fluent in Japanese, and has lived and worked in more than 10 countries. His current leadership adventure is in India, as the head of a large organization covering the four corners of the country.
