Todd Pinkston

As co-founder and President of WayForward Adventures, Todd Pinkston has dedicated his life to catalyzing transformative, Christ-centered experiences. Blending a passion for outdoor adventure with a deep conviction for intentional living, Todd creates space for people to pause, gain clarity, and rediscover purpose. For over 20 years, he has led life-changing adventures that awaken identity and faith. He and his wife, Erin, launched WayForward as a response to the fast-paced, disconnected culture that leaves many feeling stuck.

Todd is a entrepreneur known for challenging the status quo. He speaks on discovering the true self, leading with intention, and living with purpose.

After earning a Master’s in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary, Todd worked with Young Life in Dallas, Texas. Today, he lives in southern Colorado. While the Pinkstons love outdoor adventure, their deepest calling is raising grounded kids and creating space for meaningful conversations and authentic community.
