Ruth Rivera is a real estate broker associate, certified real estate coach, and industry leader with more than three decades of experience across residential, commercial, new construction leadership, and brokerage operations. She holds a degree in Business Administration and coaches real estate professionals on lead conversion, prospecting systems, business structure, and execution strategy.

Widely known as Your Fearless Real Estate Coach, Ruth helps agents move from reactive activity to intentional execution by creating clarity, confidence, and predictable results without burnout. She is known for translating complex ideas into practical, repeatable systems agents can actually follow.

Ruth is the Past President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) North Orlando chapter and currently serves on the Florida Realtors Board of Directors, District 12. She has also served on multiple committees with the Orlando Regional Realtor Association.

AI certified through the Krem Institute of Artificial Intelligence, Ruth incorporates responsible AI strategies into her coaching and content creation. She holds multiple industry designations, including CIPS, ABR, and GRI. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she proudly honors her Puerto Rican heritage.
