Adam Joseph has spent more than thirty years honing his storytelling craft, creating work defined by historical plausibility, psychological depth, and a deliberate emotional architecture. Writing also as Joseph Roland, he won the February 2024 voiceclub flash fiction competition with Red Letter Day. His work appears in the Bridge House anthology Magi and in Avon Brook Hotel, Volume 1 (2026) and Summer Breeze (2026), both from Sonder.
Adam’s current project is an epic historical novel set in Judea during 66–70 CE, a period whose human tensions, moral pressures, and cultural fault lines shape the narrative’s depth and scale. He also writes contemporary thrillers, drawing on the same commitment to realism, consequence, and character driven momentum.
Adam lives by the coast in Sussex with his wife and their cat.
