A propos de cet article

Description: Signed and dated by the Author. First edition 216pp. 4to. Soft cover. Book is very good but does have minor rubbing to the wraps. . The Children from the Lighthouse- Mabel Pollock was born in the summer of 1927 on Cape Saunders Lighthouse station. Her childhood as the middle member of a family of seven children was a happy one. Every three years the Marine Dept shifted the family from one Lighthouse to the next by the G.S.S. Matai. This book is animated portrait of a now extinct way if life, from Maria Van Diemen in the North, to Puysegar Point in the South of New Zealand.
