Brown cloth on board with gilt lettering to spine. The cover condition is excellent with no marks creases or bumping. In unclipped dust jacket which is also in near fine condition and now in a removable protective cover. Internally as new. Signed on first title page by the author this is also a numbered first being number 14 of 100 hardbacks. Inside the book is another dust jacket with an offer of the book to members of Fell & Rock and an invoice for the sale.Although this is a novel it's basis is in climbing Roger Hubank himself was a notable climber and his knowledge is reflected in the historical work.Please note this is not a soft back.
