A very nice copy of the first edition - in hardback- of this rare and intriguing work on occultism and symbolism, signed and inscribed by the author on ffep to a family member. Illustrations by M. Amouyal. Publisher's paper covered boards with gilt symbols, extremities a touch worn and boards scuffed, front joint starting & exposed, spine a touch cracked and worn, some loss to the paper at rear board, but all sound and very nice. Internally a touch age toned to edges, possibly literally one or two only small words added by a previous owner in text. An extremely uncommon occultist work, dedicated by the author. Illustrations are unique and very interesting. This is the original hardback, not the paperback which is slightly more common. See photos all of which are of the copy for sale, we don’t use stock photos. More photos on request thanks.
