It was first issued in paperback, as here, followed by its publication in hardback in New York and London. Octavo. Original black pictorial wrappers lettered in white, blue, and pink, edges yellow. Tiny bump at head of spine, minor creasing and rubbing to extremities, contents slightly toned: a near-fine copy.
