Raised in the Netherlands during World War Two, he emigrated to Canada in 1947, settling into the Fraser Valley in British Columbia. He resigned in disgrace in 1991 when he was charged with criminal breach of trust, but was found not guilty in 1992. This copy has BEEN INSCRIBED AND SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR, and includes a personal letter by him. A very clean copy with no alien markings of any kind.
