With the list of subscribers (famously including 'Mr. Samuel Johnson, A.M., London') following the preface; the first page mis-numbered xxxii. The first 2 pages of the Introduction are supplied in an old, good-quality manuscript, bound in. In contemporary boarded, full slotted vellum. William Loombe's book-plate to front pastedown and Ch.
