First edition, first printing. Signed by the author and Larry Niven. Original navy paper-covered boards with gilt titles to the spine, in the David A. Hardy illustrated dustwrapper. A near fine copy, the binding square and firm with minor bumps to the head of the spine and the top corner of the upper board. The contents are clean throughout and without previous owners' stamps or inscriptions. Complete with the very lightly rubbed and creased dustwrapper which has a small tear at the top of the front panel. Issued in a limited edition of 300 copies, this example is numbered 33 and signed by Peter F. Hamilton and Larry Niven on the limitation page.
