He discusses inland navigation in England between Bristol, Liverpool and Hull. He discusses the plans for this, the cost, as well as the benefits. A smart copy of this extremely scarce work. In a near contemporary full calf binding. Externally, generally smart with slight rubbing to the joints and to the extremities. Front hinge is strained but firm.
