Hardcover. Etat : Very Good. 1st Edition. Farrar, Straus & Giroux, New York, 2006, First Edition/First Printing with a complete number line ending in '1'. ex library copy - signs of this are four light tape stains on the cover and rear, library stamp on the top of the text block, withdrawn stamp and a date on the front free endpaper with a tinyl '8' faintly written at the top of the page ; I've removed the card pocket from the front free endpaper and there is the faintest, near invisible indication of two lines of glue - as mentioned this is near invisible. Book itself is tight, clean and if read at all was read very carefully. Dust jacket has wear at the four corners where it has been chipped off & there is a light warble from the old brodart cover, otherwise it is Very Good plus - comes in a removable, archival, mylar sleeve - a rather nice copy despite the flaws.
