Navy blue cloth; dulled spine lettering. Production/printing error of a dark ink streak affecting one line of text across pages 182-183; interior leaves are otherwise bright and clean. Binding retains some crispness. With light brown endpapers, Acknowledgements, b/w photographs and illustrations, Introduction, Epilogue, two appendices, Essay on Sources, Notes, and Index. Remains the best biography of Daniel Burnham.
