1938. First Edition. 108 pages. Pictorial dust jacket over pictorial cloth covered boards. Colour and black and white illustrations throughout by Berta and Elmer Hader. Pages remain bright and clean. Binding remains firm. Dedication to front free endpaper, dated 1943. Boards have moderate shelf wear with some rubbing, fraying and corner bumping. Some moderate sunning and tanning, particularly to spine. Boards are slightly bowed. Unclipped jacket has moderate edge wear with tears, chips, and some areas of loss. Spine noticeably tanned.
