One of English literature's most famous families, the Brontes, are known as much for their difficult lives as for the unforgettable works they produced: Charlotte's "Jane Eyre", Emily's "Wuthering Heights", and Anne's "Agnes Grey", among others. This is a reference to the world of the Bronte family: sisters Charlotte, Emily and Anne; their brother, Branwell; and their father, Patrick.
