251 pp., illustrations. A good+ intact copy with wear to its covers, soiling as photographed. Housed in a custom clam shell case. This is the RARE original publication from 1892. Calabazas existed and was a real and sometimes violent town. The names of the people in most part and the specific incidents recorded are the products of the author's imagination, but old timers will attest to the fact that none of the chapters are exaggerations of the time and place. The Calabazas Land and Mining Company really existed. The Calabazas, Tucson and Northwestern Rail Road never matured beyond the dream stage. Adams says '"RARE" in Six-Guns #296, Howes B845 aa.
