Newly bound by Bayntun-Riviere in full navy blue morocco, the boards tooled in alternating gold and silver gilt with figures depicting Owl, Pooh, Piglet and Kanga, the spine divided into six panels by raised bands, lettered in gilt in the second and fourth, dated in gilt at the foot, the other panels tooled with the same character figures, again in alternating gold and silver gilt, chiyogami endleaves, gilt edges. (Original illustrated endpapers retained and bound in at the rear).
