160 pp. 8to. Stiff Wraps. Book Condition: toned, splash mark to upper right edge of pages throughout, small closed tear to order form in rear. Very Good. Contents include a "Used Magazines" section where over 60 respondents answer the question: "What magazines are most useful to you?" These respondents are a veritable who's who of luminaries of the worlds of art, business, science, government, public policy who, in return for a lifetime subscription to CoEvolution, sent in their magazine preferences to be published in this issue of the magazine. Some just sent a list, but many, if not most, sent thoughtful, interesting insights as to how and why each choice was on (or off) their list. Allen Ginsberg's response, 200 words at least, fills two pages. his periodical discourse is thoughtful and ernest/ William Burroughs lists 11 magazines but doesn't have anything to say about them [he read "Life Magazine", go figure]. Respondents include Gary Snyder, Ursula LeGuin, Wendell Berry, Richard Brautigan and on and on. Genetic Toxicity is the featured topic of this issue, which is otherwise chock full of "Whole Earth Catalog" type information printed on the same cheap paper. Includes R. Crumb illustration. This "Used Magazines" section must contain a whole raft of writer's contributions that have escaped notice by their bibliographers. N° de réf. du vendeur 005449
