Naveen Kumar Shelar (LL.B, M.B.A, M.A, R.T.M, Diploma in Marketing Management), is an Indian qualified Attorney, having more than 14 years of diversified legal, administrative and strategic implementation experience gained from IT, ITES, Manufacturing, International Schools, E commerce, Food Chains, Education, and Leisure sectors, with specific skills in Contract Management, Litigations, Setting up Business Units in India and shut down legal formalities, Government Approvals, Statutory Compliances, Risk Analysis, Construction Management and Process & Procedure establishments. He is the Founder of Law Firm – The Law Office “TLO”, and Founder & General Secretary of an NGO – Nayaya A Voice for Justice, working for legal reforms and imparting free legal aid.
Mr. Shelar has authored academic and professional legal books & journals, management articles and poetry, more than 100 articles has been features on well-known websites. He also has been a visiting faculty in legal institutes, colleagues, legal seminars and legal talks. He has worked with companies like American Embassy School, Toyota Kilosker Motors, Lime Wire LLC, at various managerial positions.
