Signature of Edward G. Mathey on the title page. Mathey was in charge of the pack train at the Little Big Horn fight. Duties, responsibilities, customs, orders, etc. Basically states what is required of the different ranks, operations, movements, etc. A scarce item in the first printing, especially nice with a Little Big Horn survivor signature.
