A propos de cet article

Experience the pleasure of reading and appreciating this actual printed item. It has its own physical history that imbues it with a character lacking in ephemeral electronic renderings.; 16mo 6" - 7" tall; 112 pages; Clean and tight in original binding of gray cloth spine with gray paper covered boards decorative stamped in gilt, red and green depicting an inkwell with a large plume pen. Very nicely printed only on the recto sides of the paper, in black with large decorative red initials. The pages are largely unopened. The two works are separately paginated -- 75, 37, (3) and printed in different type styles. Eugene Field's autobiographical sketch, with an introduction by his friend Francis Wilson. OCLC: 5181779 "It was an open secret that Friar Gonsol and Friar Francis stood respectively for the Rev. Frank W. Gunsaulus and the Rev. Frank M. Bristol." cf. Introductory note, p. 13.
