First edition, second issue with corrected copyright position. Chipboard with cloth reinforcement, red and black title and decoration, ribbon side binding. Bottom front corner bent and a few other signs of handling but otherwise in excellent condition. Interior is near fine, with beautiful typography in black with red initials throughout, with several b/w photogravures. Creases at the fore-edge of the first few pages. NOTE that this copy includes inserted copies of three mini-broadsides featuring quotes by Hubbard (see photos). Scarce thus!
