A propos de cet article
First edition. x + 313 pp. Publisher's hardback in pictorial dust jacket. Chipping and wear to jacket with marking to rear panel. Minor marking to endpapers. A collection of 12 short stories written by Adrian Conan Doyle, Arthur Conan Doyle's son, and John Dickson Carr, a writer of detective fiction and the authorised biographer of Arthur Conan Doyle. The first six stories were written in collaboration by the two writers, and the last six written solely by Adrian Conan Doyle. They are all postscripted with a quote from the original Sherlock Holmes stories, which make a reference to a Sherlock Holmes case in passing but which had never been written up by Watson. A very good first edition in a good dust jacket. 19.1 cm tall. Small 8vo.
