Head and tail of spine and board edges rubbed, top corners of boards slightly bumped. Page edges are discoloured, foxed and stained. Dustjacket is covered in plastic which has been taped to the pastedown endpapers- the tape has left yellowish stains on the endpapers, which are reflected on the free endpapers. Front free endpaper is stained. Contains the number 9927 stamped on top right corner, as does the following page and the rear free endpaper. Library slip is pasted onto rear free endpaper. Some pages are discoloured, foxed or stained. Pages are lightly thumbed, else book is in good condition. Dustjacket is stained, creased and rubbed. Contains sticker residue and tape. Covered by library plastic, which is taped at pastedown endpapers. Tape has yellowed. Number 20 written in blue marker on front cover, possibly on plastic.
