The book documents a massive, nation-wide tour organized by the Flying Squadron of America, a temperance organization that traveled to cities across the United States between September 30, 1914, and June 6, 1915, to galvanize public and political support for national prohibition. 1500 meetings; 3500 addresses; 1,500,000 people; 65000 miles; Rich in incident; Alive in human interest; A powerful plea for the abolition of the liquor traffic.
