In the original publisher's red card covers, with clear black titling to the front cover. No dustjacket as issued. A little worn and with some rubbing/edgewear - , the spine is rubbed and has a small 1 cm loss to the bottom edge and a sliver of loss to the top edge. There is some patchy darkening/discolouration to the covers, a few light stains on the rear cover and the page fore-edges are dusty and grubby o/w Internally NO Inscriptions, but the whole book has a crease line running through the centre and is a little 'dusty' with some pages having creased corners and light brown spots to the first 5 pages of the Debate text. 74 pp. Overall, apart from the marks to the covers and the other minor 'faults' as noted above, this is a Tight and Bright Good plus copy. Of Welsh National and Local Interest particularly. Text in English. A Scarce title. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall.
