Near Fine in Fine- Jacket. A generally nice copy with an exceptional jacket, not often found as such. Corners are straight, very slight bending to the bottom left corner back board with a hint of soiling. Typical age-toning to the text-block, which is to be expected but relatively minimal. The jacket has NO tears or chips. Tiniest nick to lower front edge. Overall still a nice copy and would be priced higher if it was in slightly better condition.

A Clash of Kings Book Two of A Song of Ice and Fire by George R.R. Martin Hardcover First UK Edition - First Printing London: HarperCollins UK Voyager, 1998 with £17.99 cover price. Wrap-around dust jacket artwork by Jim Burns. Printing number-line down to "1". Fine in Fine Jacket, Book itself is near perfect save typical age-toning to the text-block, i.e. the pages. Jacket is near perfect save a tiny nick to the bottom edge of the back of the jacket.

A Storm of Swords Book Three of A Song of Ice and Fire by George R.R. Martin Hardcover First UK Edition - First Printing London: HarperCollins UK, 2000 with £17.99 cover price. Wrap-around dust jacket artwork by Jim Burns, Copyright George R.R. Martin 2000, Published Voyager 2000 with printing number-line down to "1". "First Published in Great Britain by Macdonald & Co (Publishers) 1990" with no indication of a later printing. Fine in Fine Dust Jacket. Near perfect save slight hint of having been read.

Note on Edition: The true first edition/first printing of "A Game of Thrones" (first book of A Song of Ice and Fire) was only printed in only about 2000 to 4000 trade hardcover copies and maybe about 20,000 trade paperbacks in 1996 by Voyager, the SF/Fantasy imprint of HarperCollins UK. This first UK hardcover of A Clash of Kings may have had a print-run of about 4000 to 6000 copies and Storm of Swords probably had a print-run of about 6000 to 8000 copies, possibly much less. The series went on to be immensely popular but these books were never reprinted after their respective years of publication with this jacket artwork.
