Originale Rohbögen auf handgeschöpftem Guarro Super Alfa-Büttenpapier mit einer beiliegenden Folge von 9 signierten und numerierten Original-Farbradierungen von Nils Burwitz in leinenbezogener Orig.-Schmuckkassette. Eins von 75 Exemplaren (gesamt 95), die drei Impressa jeweils handschriftlich numeriert und vom Drucker Robert Graves Sohn Tomás Graves und Nils Burwitz eigenhändig signiert, die spanische Übersetzung zusätzlich auch von der Übersetzerin, Robert Graves Tochter Lucia Graves signiert. No Binding. Etat : Fine. Illustrated Edition. The sole printing published by The New Seizin Press, Mallorca in 1986. Number '58' of only 75 copies issued which were printed by hand in the autumn of 1986', signed variously by the printer, Tomas Graves, the Catalan co-translator, Lucia Graves and illustrator, Nils Burwitz. Three sets of unbound sheets plus nine unbound etchings laid into the original publisher's yellow cloth clamshell drop down box. The nine coloured etchings (with tissue guards) are signed and numbered by the artist, Nils Burwitz. The contents are in Fine condition and housed in the publisher's clamshell case which has some light marking and slight colour loss to the lower title label. The three sets comprise : 'George Sand in Majorca' signed by Tomas Graves and Nils Burwitz; 'George Sand A Majorque' signed by Tomas Graves and Nils Burwitz; 'Na George Sand a Mallorca' signed by Tomas Graves, Lucia Graves and Nils Burwitz. The essay within each set, consists of the foreword and historical summary which Robert Graves wrote for his translation of George Sand's 'Un Hiver a Jorque'. The original purple silk ties are present. Nils Burwitz is a German artist and sculptor who has works housed at the 'Fitzwilliam Museum', Cambridge, 'The British Museum' and 'The Victoria and Albert Museum' in London.
