PAMPHLET 1721, FIRST EDITION. 8vo, approximately 195 x 115 mm, 7½ x 4½ inches, Samuel Richardson's printer's ornaments to title page and final page ( See Blanche Henrey), pages: [2], 3-15, [1], padded out with blank pages at rear, bound in library cloth with gilt title to spine, gilt private library stamp to bottom of lower cover (Rothamsted Laboratory, Lawes Trust), new endpapers at time of rebinding. Title page has pale age-browning with a few small pencil notes, otherwise a very good copy. See: William M.
