Ajouter au panierApproximately 24.5cm X 32cm portrait format casebound hardback with laminated boards and square spine. This is the second volume of a seven volume completed work on the British steam tram produced by specialist publisher Adam Gordon. 256pp on glossy paper including a comprehensive index, three pages of publisher's adverts and illustrated throughout with black and white photographs, engravings, technical drawings and other illustrations. 12 chapters and an appendix. The use of the word tram of course strays beyond direct street tramways and the various volumes also include sections on those lines and routes which fell between tramway and railway and in some cases were really railways but operated like tramways. See the scan of the contents page for further details.
