London: Printed for G. G. and J. Robinson, 1795. pp. 11, [7], 537, [23] pp. Octavo (8-1/4" x 5"). Contemporary calf, rebacked in period style, blind fillets to boards, raised bands and gilt title to spine, endpapers renewed. Light rubbing and a few minor scuffs to boards, moderate rubbing to extremities, corners bumped and lightly worn. Moderate toning to interior, light foxing to a few leaves, faint crease to lower corner of title page. $300. * First edition. The last significant treatise on ejectment, this book was based on the author's highly praised Treatise on the Action of Ejectment (1781). It is, in all respects, a complementary work.
