A propos de cet article

Fine. See scans and description. Box-shipped; no bags here. Boston: Horticulture, Inc., 1995. The February, 1995 issue of the deeply informative Horticulture magazine ('The Magazine of American Gardening'), Volume LXXIII, Number 2. Quarto, illustrated staple-bound wraps, 88 pp. Fine; not quite brand pristine new, but the imperfections are just a few tiny micro-touches, as one would find on any copy on a rack. See scans. Contents also still include the tipped-in cardstock subscription etc. offers. Colorfully photographed and information rich. This issue is from before the change-over to PJS Publications in Peoria as the publisher, and before the change of the sub-head to 'The Art of American Gardening'; Thomas C. Cooper, though was the Editor before and after. 88 pages, as always very efficiently composed and presented, on topic. A reference and an enjoyment. See scan of the contents page, but main topics include: Garden Color Secrets; Perennial Borders; Seed Starting; Naturalism vs. Formalism; Vancouver Designers; Deciduous Hedge; Prairie Wildflowers; Small Tillers; Shooting Star (that last being this issue's 'Native American' entry). There's more, of course - all of it with professional graphics and idea-inspiring text. A scarce issue in any condition, and a genuine genre collectible in this Fine grade. See all scans. Shipped in a new, protective box. No bag for this one. LPR18. …
