Description :
Two volume set, in slipcase. Hardcovers, with dustjackets. The binding are quite clean, with the spines showing only just a bit of VERY faint sun-lightening. Just a bit of faint freckling to the page top edges; else pages clean. The DJs have some light rubbing along the top edges (from sliding in & out of the slipcase). The DJ spines are a bit sun-darkened, and there are a few tiny brown specks in the top portion of the DJ front panel of V1. There is an aprox 1-1/2" tear along the rear spine fold of the DJ of V2. A couple of faint spots on the DJ spine of V1. The top panel of the slipcase is somewhat sunned, and with some spotting. Very light sunning to the open edges of the slipcase. Some light rubbing to the slipcase bottom panel. There is a small sticker scar near the top edge of the front slipcase face. Illustrated by Sendak. ; B&W Illustrations; 30A; 7-1/4" x 5-1/2".
