In the original burgandy cloth, gilt and green image to front center, blind tooling, bevelled edges, corners bumped a little, rear cover has 2 small holes to cloth and a spill mark near head. BREESE, antiquary, who in 1859 succeeded his uncle as clerk of the peace for the county of Merioneth and other local offices, including the management of the Madocks estate, the heir to which was a minor.
