Early edition of "Wharton's Law Dictionary", the first edition having been published in 1848, this being a second American edition from the second London edition. The front hinge is very weak, but currently holding. Scuffing, chipping and rubbing all around the covers and spine. There is a rectangle of damp staining to the very edges of most of the pages.
