First edition in full yellow (i.e. very light brown) calf, six compartments, title compartment in black and gold. Binding is probably by Lewis or Bedford. All edges marbled to match the endpapers. Spine a little dry and browned, some cracking (would probably polish up very nicely), gutter of top board showing surface splits but actual separation. Corners sharp. Tight copy, very clean inside. Offsetting on the title from the opposing portrait, as always, couple spots of foxing as well. Contents very fresh. Moderately rare Pickering title, really lovely printing, octavo with nice margins. Nice copy.
