Bright red cloth covered boards with gilt stamped illustration on the front panel, gilt lettering and graphics on spine. Spine is sunned. External page edges are soiled and with some foxing; outermost lower board edges are also soiled - see photos. Text pages are lightly age-toned else internally clean. Text block is snug. Sunning to dust jacket, heavier on spine, fore-edge folds and upper edges of inside flaps; folds are creased and scuffed but not rubbed-through. Several small splash stains on spine. Lower edge at tail of spine, front panel and inside front flap are chipped in several places. Upper corners at head of jacket spine are rubbed. Not price clipped.
