Millais was an artist, traveler, and naturalist, who is known for his art specialising in wildlife and flowers. Millais was the son of the Pre-Raphaelite artist John Everett Millais and his wife Effie Gray. Collated, complete. In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart. A little marking to the boards. Some minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Prior owner's ink inscription to the recto to the front endpaper, 'G. G. J. Bell, Feb 1922'. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean with only the every occasional light mark. Very Good Indeed.…
