The text-block is sound with water staining to the lower corner of the the first twenty or so leaves , small tear (no loss) on title page , signature (old hand) on facing blank . The binding is very worn with the front board and next two (blank) leaves detached. Requires repair or rebinding, priced accordingly Size: Folio - over 12" - 15" tall.
