Contains a short history of St. Paul's Anglican Mission, with an account of the "First Lutheran Services in North America [being] Conducted Here", and an account of the "First Mission to the Eskimo Here"; accompanied with a listing of names of the leadership of the mission and their tenures. Chiefly comprised of a rich selection of "Northern Dishes" including: Igloo Meat Loaf, Raisin Stuffing Wild Goose, Bannock, Caribou Tenderloin, Braised Seal, Arctic Char Fish Cakes, Curried Arctic Char, Swiff Moose Steak, Creole Rabbit, Poached Arctic Char In Bouillon, Whale Bobotee, and many other delectable recipes. Other sections include: Breads, Rolls & Doughs; Cookies; Casseroles and Suppers; Appetizers, Soups, and Vegetables; Squares and Slices; Pickles & Preserves; Candy; Punch; Cakes & Frostings, Salads, Dressings and Sauces; Pies, Pastry & Desserts; Meat, Fish, and Poultry.
