Clean red cloth boards with just a hint of dust-darkening to board and spine edges. Sharp corners, hint of of surface wear to top and bottom spine edges, no tears. Black lettering on cover and spine. Binding is tight & square, no cracking. Pages and edges are clean. Tasteful previous owner bookplate on front fixed endpaper; no other marks. 296 pgs. with illustrations by Corinne Malvern. Dustjacket is not price clipped, has one very tiny pencil-point size chip at upper rear spine edge, a few very tiny closed edge tears, hint of light soiling. Enclosed in new archival quality mylar cover. A fun story for young people set in Provincetown, with lots of hilarity and action involving a missing sloop. 5-1/2" x 8". Children's.
