A propos de cet article

302pp. 9.2 inches. No dw. Navyblue cloth, gilt titles front and spine. Rubbed and frayed edges, with split to back spine fold covering. Book tight. Internally, ex-university lib. bookplate, else vg except for pencil annotation to parts, that is to say, the book is not soiled, the Appendix, Prologue, Notes, Glossary, and large portions of the text are clean and untouched, the Introduction almost so, there is sparse marking of some, and heavy annotation of some portions, but even there the touch is mostly relatively light. Illustrated with 7 woodcuts of the Seven Deadly Sins by Denis Tegetmeier, and a drawing of the monastery at Montecassino. Weight 720g before packaging. (Literature, Early English, Medieval, Mediaeval, Poetry, Criticism, History) Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
