Very good book in handsome clean fresh green buckram covers with gilt titles to spine and in white outlined in red to front; picture oof a jaguar being attacked by peccaries to front; two tiny repaired nicks at spine ends. Internally very good; neat inscription to second flyleaf; illustrated with sixteen full page b/w plates [all present]; binding tight; some foxing spots to frontispiece tissue guard with some off-setting but none elsewhere; 330pp + 6pp adverts.
