À propos de l'auteur: Professor Ye received her Ph.D. degree (1991) in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana, and holds MS (1988) and BS (1985) degrees in Computer Science. With her multi-disciplinary educational background, Dr. Ye has devoted her academic career to establishing the scientific and engineering foundation for assuring quality/reliability of information systems and industrial systems.
