A propos de cet article

Description :

First edition, with half-title. [4], 47, [1]pp. 1 vols. 8vo. "Grant wrote mostly on the subject of fevers. An Enquiry into … the Fevers most Common in London (1771) and An Essay on the … Fever … Commonly called Jail … Fever (1775) underwent translation into other European languages. Interestingly, he does not appear to have written on the venereal diseases he encountered at the Misericordia Hospital; his only publication concerning a subject other than fevers was Observations on the Atrabilious Temperament and Gout (1799)." ODNB. ESTC 127819 Later quarter morocco and marbled boards. Text toned, uncut. N° de réf. du vendeur 245576
