There are four pages of plates with facsimiles of the signers of the Declaration of Independence. Contemporary names including Henry C. Hanes, Waller Hanes, Edgewood Henrico. A collection of the Presidents' inaugural addresses and messages at the opening of Congress. Rubbing at hinges and top and bottom of spine. Pages of facsimile signatures frayed at edge. Paper ranges from clean to evenly tanned; a few pages have foxing spots. Paper is strong and stable. Good.
